Talk with the client and find out what their likes and dislikes are and remember that you are serving them so you want the menu to be something that will please their entire party. Offer a variety of choices, making sure that they are relatively inexpensive to make and that the ingredients are versatile and can be used in more than one dish. This will help cut down on the grocery bill and you can give your clients many choices to choose from.
